Shutter testing - we test your old shutter and report on accuracy of speeds: $45 plus return shipping. Free for lenses we sell. Note that ALL lenses, even new ones, give shutter speeds other than what is written on the dial. And the older the shutter, the slower it may be - but it can still be a good user. The lenses we personally use the most are all around a hundred years old.

If you are looking for more formal shutter repair, we have recommendations, too.

Camera testing: we check large format cameras for light tightness and alignment, etc. $75 plus return shipping.
